I'm an optimist and I believe in the future,
that's why I'm a theatre maker.

What I love most when working with actors, writers, students, or those that have never been to the theatre before, is providing the tools for them to fully express themselves. My goal is to inspire expression that is so genuine, so powerful, it will completely captivate anyone it touches. This is what I'm here to do.

Wow, what a show! You could literally hear a pin drop until the applause at the end, and what applause! The cast was superb and deserved every second of it!

Michael French is an extraordinary teacher who gave us excellent feedback that was honest, but so positive. He encouraged us, taught us about the wonderful craft of acting, and somehow made it relevant to life in general. There is so much to learn from Michael.

Michael French’s extraordinary production of “The Last Days of Judas Iscariot” is as transcendent as theatre can be. It’s three hours since it finished and I’m still wanting to talk about it.

“There is a vitality, a life force, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and be lost. The world will not have it."

— Martha Graham
